At The Narrow Path International Ministries, we believe that discipleship is at the heart of our mission. Discipleship is the process of learning and growing in faith, following the teachings of Jesus Christ, and becoming more like Him in our daily lives. Through discipleship, we deepen our relationship with God, build strong Christian communities, and equip believers to fulfill the Great Commission.

Through in-depth Bible studies, mentorship, and practical training, we aim to develop strong disciples who are committed to sharing the Gospel and making a positive impact in their communities.

Matthew 28:19-20: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…”

2 Timothy 2:2: “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”

Mission and Goals of Discipleship:

1.      Spiritual Growth:

• We aim to nurture spiritual growth by encouraging believers to engage deeply with the Word of God, develop a vibrant prayer life, and cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Scripture: 2 Peter 3:18: “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.”

2.      Commitment to Jesus’ Teachings:

• Discipleship involves a commitment to studying and obeying the teachings of Jesus, living out His commandments in our daily lives, and becoming His true followers.
  • Scripture: John 8:31-32: “To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, ‘If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you

will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.'”

3.      Building Strong Christian Communities:

• We seek to create a supportive and loving community where believers can encourage and build each other up, fostering spiritual growth and accountability.
  • Scripture: Hebrews 10:24-25: “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
  • Equipping for Ministry: Our goal is to equip believers with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual gifts needed to serve in various ministries, both within the church and in the broader community.
  • Scripture: Ephesians 4:11-12: “So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors, and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”

4.      Fulfilling the Great Commission:

• Discipleship prepares believers to fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations, sharing the Gospel, and teaching others to obey everything Jesus commanded.

• Our mentorship programs pair mature Christians with newer believers for one-on-one guidance, support, and spiritual growth.

• We offer discipleship training courses that cover the fundamentals of the Christian faith, spiritual disciplines, and

practical ministry skills.

4.      Retreats and Workshops:

• Periodic retreats and workshops offer intensive learning and spiritual renewal opportunities, helping believers to grow closer to God and to each other.

5.      Service and Outreach:

• Engaging in service and outreach activities allows disciples to put their faith into action, serving others in the community and sharing the love of Christ.
